Order processing times

All physical products are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail/Parcel Force, within 3 working days of your order being placed. Access to digital video products will be emailed as a pdf within 48 hours. Please check spam folders.

Original art works and prints may take longer as individual courier arrangements need to be arranged. I will always keep you up to date via email.

International shipping usually takes between one and two weeks. I always obtain proof of posting. 

Prices are subject to the addition of any relevant duty and taxes on exporting permanently outside the UK and importing to another. I am not in any way responsible for any international taxes or customs charges you may incur.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

MadeByMotherEagle.com and KateTume is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

MadeByMotherEagle.com and Kate Tume is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, I will always endeavour to act in good faith and help as much as I can.

Returns


For returns and cancellations:

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery.

Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Unless arrived damaged or defective, personalised, customised or commissioned items can not be returned. Digital downloads can not be refunded under any circumstances.

Please contact me prior to purchase if you are unsure about an item description - I am happy to answer all enquiries.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
